Restoration of the building's façade from 20 September 2023 to approximately 1 May 2024. There are no parking spaces in the building for any of the flats. Customers will be able to park on the street, where parking is regulated by a parking yard, or in the town hall car park, which is a 5-minute walk away. the building has just been refurbished and is under video surveillance for maximum security
